The project envisions the creation of an innovative complex combining a traditional Eastern medicine center and a modern hotel.This synthesis will not only provide patients with a comprehensive range of wellness and rehabilitation services but also offer comfortable accommodations, contributing to the development of medical tourism and positioning the region as a center of health and healing.

Medical CenterA comprehensive recovery and wellness system based on the core principles of Eastern medicine.
Total area: approx. 7,000 m², including:
- 1,600 m² – Medical offices and treatment rooms
- 1,500 m² – Corridors and common areas
- 550 m² – Pool and balneological complex
- 350 m² – Mud therapy, bath, hydrotherapy, and utility rooms
- 1,000 m² – Administrative, operational, and training spaces
- 1,900 m² – Technical and storage areas

HotelConveniently located and integrated with the medical center, the hotel allows guests to undergo complete recovery programs within a unified space.
The main hotel building will accommodate
120 modern rooms of various categories — from standard to premium.
All rooms will be equipped with everything necessary for rest and recovery: private bathrooms, high-speed internet, climate control systems, TV, and soundproofing.
SPA Complex (500 m²):
Includes a swimming pool, saunas, hammam, massage and cosmetology rooms, a fitness gym, and relaxation zones, ensuring full rejuvenation after medical procedures.
Restaurant Complex (400 m²):
Designed for 120–150 seats, offering national, Eastern, and dietary cuisines, as well as specialized health menus tailored for guests undergoing treatment and rehabilitation.
Conference Hall and Lecture Auditorium (300 m²):
With a capacity of 250 people, equipped with modern multimedia systems for seminars, scientific forums, educational programs, and international meetings.
To ensure guest convenience, the complex will also feature elevators, an accessible environment for people with limited mobility, parking, shuttle services, laundry facilities, and dedicated areas for coffee breaks and socializing.
